Throughout my long years of experience as a therapist, I found myself having a conversation with a person who desires to receive treatment in a certain area, an area he identifies as problematic, and after an in-depth enquiry comprising several guiding questions, not necessarily from this world, we arrive to the conclusion that the root problem exists within a completely different area, not the one we thought about, and this creates surprise and wonder…since we thought we at least knew what we want, this was the primary reason for entering into a certain relationship, select a certain profession, a field of endeavor, in a certain place but above all, the thing that mostly challenges humans is this system of reciprocal relations with their nearby surroundings, more and less.
t a later stage, we understand that we were in a weaker place, in a place where we required a certain energy but this energy is good and valid for a short time, if at all…Only time reveals the diverse layers and confronts us with other realities. Thus, first and foremost, it is necessary to acknowledge and accept the fact that I have a problem, I am not sure that it is the source. So, from the moment we manage to arrive to this diagnosis, it is time to look for a therapist who specializes in identifying the problems, the blockages. My current condition causes difficulties in my life (not with the initial solution to the problem since its diagnosis was inaccurate). The second stage is to look for a therapist who specializes in solving this specific problem. Not a toolbox that contains diverse tools because the only tool that is important to us is the unique tool designed to solve our specific problem. And when we treat the specific problem and it is finally solved, the remaining problems around us will receive a new and fresh angle of sight that will allow a suitable, focused and appropriate accessibility.
